Boosting Match Masters Engagement
Candivore, a gaming company based in Tel Aviv and known for its popular game Match Masters, aimed to boost player engagement and retention. To achieve this goal, they entrusted TransPerfects' ContentLabs team to create five videos featuring live production, animation, and a charismatic host.
ContentLabs crafted compelling storylines to resonate with the gaming community, highlighting the unique features of Match Masters. The selection and hiring of a charismatic host added a personal touch, forging a connection with the audience. The blend of live action and animated content that resulted in substantial attention, with one animated video reaching over tens of thousands of views and receiving 150+ comments on YouTube.
In addition, the "Meet the Community" series, showcasing player interviews, achieved over tens of thousands of views and ignited vibrant community discussions. Throughout the project, TransPerfect provided comprehensive support, guiding Candivore through concept development, production, and post-production; in addition, the agents handled the translations of automation macros, game communication, and other language tasks which only resulted in additional support without adding headcount.
The pilot videos resulted in captivating audiences, surpassing expectations, especially the animated video. Candivore were pleased with the increase in player retention and plan for future community engagement.
